Where can I start… this cafe has become one of my favorites places to get my coffee and protein shake! The staff is super nice and is always taking care of my needs!
Probably one of their most consistent costumers - and that's only because this place has amazing people, quick service, tasty drinks and food, and just an all around positive vibe. Wouldn't go anywhere else whether it be for a post workout shake, or just a quick shake on the road. Stop here, fill up, have zero regrets.

They have this avocado egg bagel thing. That is just amazing. No for reals so freaking good. Super super friendly staff who always greet everyone with a smile. Andrea is awesome and always real good with recommendations. It's them like a quite little neighborhood spot for coffee, protein shakes, and good conversation.

The coffee tastes amazing!! Tastes even better knowing that with every cup of coffee you purchase you’ll be contributing in a donation to children and families in need. Yes that’s right!!!! TG cafe is partnered with Broken Rib Coffee, a non profit organization providing organic and fair trade coffee that supports education, housing, orphans, and rural farmers in Mexico. Top notch coffee imported from the fields of Chiapas Mexico. I also canNOT forget to mention my ultimate favorite, amazing, tasty, mouthwatering CHULA CHULADA protein shake, and avocado toast. TG café is amazing, great coffee, delicious shakes, pastries, and meal preps. Stop by now and experience it yourself, friendly staff will be there to great you ;)
“Pretty decent coffee spot with sandwiches, protein shakes, and smoothies. Nothing too fancy, but a solid place to grab a coffee. Just be warned — the pastries are very sweet!”
Been here twice already and I love the fact that they open up so early. I've had the butterfinger latte and the crazy monkey or something like that. Both really good and not overly sweet. Staff is super nice and helpful too.
A chill little place. If I lived in Chula Vista, that cafe would be my spot.
